Meet this Couple Who Decided to Have Eissa Golden Seed Products to Stay Healthy!

There’s no doubt about it that a couple is far more likely to live healthier if their partner is on the same page (or at least close to it). With this lifestyle certainly, your partner – and your overall life together – reaps huge benefits, too.

One of our friend’s groups decided to work out 4 days a week and have Eissa’s Golden Seed product.

As the products had natural good extracts and zero to no preservatives, they felt a visible change in their lifestyle and told us that we have never had a healthier and happier life.

They also focused on how important it is to set goals for young couples and follow them with the help of each other. Who does not want to eat healthily and stay in good health? Of course, everyone!

Some of the other things that helped the couple were these habits:

Mindful Eating

As a partner, you can fill the house with each other’s favorite healthy foods and sweep it clean of unhealthy, nutritionally empty snacks. If he tells you, “I can’t stand carrots,” don’t buy it for him. It’s that simple. There are plenty of other vegetables that will give him all the nutritional goodness he needs and the same goes for him. Focus on the ones your partner likes (and hopefully there are a few!).

Never say “never”

Take it one day – and one change – at a time. Instead of saying to each other that “We can never have meatloaf again,” trade the hamburger meat for lean ground turkey breast, then you can it up with some of your favorite meatloaf seasonings – spices, tomatoes, and onions. While your partner may not like it quite as much, he or she may like it well enough. “Well enough” is a job well done, especially when the bathroom scale says, “well done,” too!

You also can not expect your spouse to like healthier foods like nonfat milk or sugar-free coke the first time he or she tries them, or even the second, third, or fourth time!! Instead, you can decide together to hang in there for at least three full months because studies say that our taste buds really can adapt but remember it will all take time.

Use creativity and branch out

If you or your partner can’t imagine some foods, say, baked potatoes, without artery-busting condiments like full cream or other things, you can always try to branch out a little. The wise way will be to introduce other tasty members of the potato family, like new potatoes, Yukon golds (they have a wonderful buttery flavor), or sweet potatoes.

And do try topping your baked potatoes with fat-free sour cream, scallions, and some healthy chopped tomato salsa. This will make eating fun and healthy at the same time.
