A: Golden Seed Project is an initiative in which customers will be able to earn points on their purchases from the website. On reaching a certain level of points they will get a PUBLIC GOLD of 5 grams (999.9) for free which is recognized internationally with certificate.

A: When a person purchases product from Eissa Golden Seed platform, they must collect the total targeted points given.

A: The total targeted points are 999, which is nine hundred and ninety-nine points.

A: There is no membership fee. Once you purchase Eissa Golden Seed products, you are automatically a member.

A: Every customer can view their points at their My Account.

A: These is consisting of three level point calculation. Once you purchase a product, you will receive your own Referral Code.

A: Referral code is a business license provide by Eissa Golden Seed. You will need to share the referral code to your family and friends. Every purchase made from your referral you will receive points.

A: There is no limitation as you may introduce or share your referral code as many as you want. (Unlimited)

A: Currently our services only available in Malaysia. However, we will announce via website for international transaction once implemented.

A: Please refer to the Points Running Mechanism chart sample. (Every purchase made from the 3 levels, points will be accumulated)

A: There is no time limit but there is a Golden Rule.

A: Golden Rule is a self-control to improve your qualifications for your own benefit. That means, every customer mandatory to make their next purchase within 90 days.

POINTS EXPIRY

Every customer is mandatory to make at least one purchase within the next 90 days from their previous purchase.

A: If there is a change in the 5 Gram gold that can be made in the place of production, due to reasonable circumstances, we will change the points accordingly.
